I am very passionate about helping people to be the best they can be. I really get to know my clients and what they need. I help them and their families understand what is going on from a sensory perspective and which primitive and postural reflexes are impacting on their behaviour.
I love teaching workshops so people can understand how amazing our bodies are and the ways we can improve our health and wellbeing naturally.

I have a life long love of learning and continually add to my skill set. I have developed a unique blend of Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, massage, Reiki and Energy Healing. Every session is unique and based on what the client’s current concerns or goals are. I use a play and movement-based approach with children to build skills and confidence in a fun way. I teach four types of kinesiology and tailored workshops on sensory processing, reflex integration and developing life skills.
I completed my Diploma of Applied Sciences Occupational Therapy in 1992. I worked in Rheumatology, Cardiac Rehab, Surgical wards and Rehab. When I had my children, I continued to work in the hospital setting. When my son was 3 we enrolled him in a Kiama Reverse Integration Kinder and I got a job there too. Making the transition into paediatric Occupational Therapy. I also worked at Noah’s Ark Play Group. To help develop skills in working with children I did some Kinesiology workshops and found a tool that worked wonders. I continued to do many kinesiology courses and gained qualifications so I could teach them and share the techniques with families and professionals. I worked at Kiama and Noah’s Ark for 10 years.
Relaxation Massage I learnt when I was doing my OT training. Then I did a diploma of Remedial Massage when I made the transition to private practice. Reiki and Energy Healing techniques have been learnt at workshops and retreats along the way.

We are all unique and have gifts and challenges in our lives. We can use a natural approach to health and wellbeing to better understand the cause of stress and to bring about positive change. This, in conjunction with western medicine gives a better sense of control and power.
